PC Cathcart Circle - Around And Around Not Fixed (in Certain Cases)

stating that Around and Around was fixed at red after leaving Queens Park before Pollokshields East. Perpetual red light won't change because of a stalled AI.

It is not fixed for me - exact same behavior. (After going through RED at Langside & Restarted from checkpoint.

Ran the scenario a second time - with no RED & Restart as well as keeping exactly to schedule - and it worked fine. It may be a "corner case" but still not working 100%.
