More detail needed for those not familiar. What era are you suggesting? Current ATO operation is fairly boring from a driving point of view. Set in the late 70's or early 1980's with 1962 stock and the Ongar section still running would be more interesting. You also need to set your proposal against DTG's LAMP process and make the case how you think it would pass.
Central line is the longest tube network 46 miles serving 49 stations to long maybe West Ruislip to Leytonstone which is 29 stations only about 30 miles in length that's probably more possible for DTG to do
