1. Class 31 When travelling from Saltburn, no audible AWS Bell or warning when AWS is enabled 2. Class 377 When enabling AWS the alarm sound cuts out repeatedly and stutters 3. LIRR M7 Doors will not open or close no matter what or how much brake is applied, this happens at random times.
