As the title suggests is there a way to do this? I have made a free roam and wish to use all the assets I have incorporated but make it a standard scenario without having to start from scratch.
This might work... Create a new Standard scenario in the same location. Replace that new scenario's Scenario.bin file with a copy of the Free Roam one. Add service instructions.
