On UK trains you put the brakes into shutdown/past emergency setting then deactivate the cab. But the tutorials for the German locos say put the brakes to release, so how doe the train not roll away while you change ends. Also on the loco stock moves on RSN, how do you get the dead locos to move while being hauled in a convoy. DO they need to be powered up as I cannot move them dead. Seems odd.
Put the brake into full service and master switch (reverser) to off. When entering/leaving the control car, activate the brake key to get control over the brakes. When leaving the control car, remember to turn the brake key back to off position before going to the loco. In the loco move on RSN, locos have parking brake engaged.
