Has anyone successfully set up a character diorama? I am looking to add track workers along the line, each with a small spawn probability so a driver sees workers at different locations each time they play. That said, I can't figure out how dioramas are structured. If I drag the animation into the level it always spawns. Also, some animations are seated or leaning so I'm not sure how to position each one. I'm sure I am missing something.
I think you could have the track workers in a blueprint and give it a random chance to delete everything as soon as it loads (probably implemented in the constructor).
