Playing a few scenarios recently, it occurred to me - it's excellent that TSW allows you to perform all parts of a shunting or banking manouvere, but equally it's not realistic that this would be the same person - that the driver of an 08 would move down to uncouple a class 47 at the other end of a long train. Something quite neat could be character switching - the scenario or service would prompt you to change character (a bit like GTA V sometimes does), and you become e.g. the banker loco driver, or the pilot loco driver etc, and when that job's done, you switch back. It could also work for washers, manual switches, and even the guard for trains that aren't DOO.
