Hello I was wondering if there is a way to check to see if any news/progress on a bug I reported please it's regarding the 8F in scenario planner when you select a loaded service it's always empty PS: I understand there are more pressing bugs needing to be fixed but it would be awesome if it was fixed
There is no automated way to get that information. If someone at DTG that knows what is going on with that bug reads this post you will probably get a reply, but you can't do much more than what you already did asking here.
Your ticket has likely been closed, with the promise that your issue was reported to the Dev team. Someone here has complained that they posted a video on YouTube as documentation for the ticket, and the video has zero views, which means nobody ever looked at it, from the Dev team or any team. You could say "this ticket is not yet looked at", simply based on the zero views on the video.
The first part happened yes but if the second is anything to go by it probably means that no progress has actually been made
The only way to know if a bug you reported gets fixed, is to read it in releases patch notes or noticed it’s working as intended in game.
