The Chiba Urban Monorail is a two-line suspended monorail system located in Chiba, Japan. The first segment (Line 2 from Sports Center Station to Chishirodai Station) opened on March 28, 1988, the remainder 11 years later on March 24, 1999. It is the world's longest suspended monorail system at 15.2 km in track length. It has 18 stations and an average daily ridership of 45,430

I wonder if the TSW rail system is adaptable/transferrable to work this way round, or it would need totally rebuilding. I'd assume the latter, which would make this route highly unlikely. Would be a pretty wacky addition if they could pull it off, though.

I Belive this may be possible but new assets would have to be made for the suspended rail which would take longer and be more expensive to develop. Also, the way the vehicle is moved is also different So it is unlikely to be made or if it was it would be likely to be made far into the future.
This shows some of the ways a monorail and regular trains are placed/ mounted
