It's the last interurban in the country and runs from Chicago Randolph St along the Metra electric district then off to South Bend Indiana. It has street running in Michigan City, some nice countryside and industrial action as well. They also do freight services and switch steel mills with hot bottle trains which are really awesome to see. But honestly anything from Chicago has to be made it is the rail capital of the United States and is loaded with potential!
