Today I will be suggesting the Chiltern Mainline route running from London Marylebone to Birmingham Snow Hill via Bicester North and Leamington Spa. The route is run predominantly by Chiltern Railways but West Midlands Railways runs services on the northern part of the route and Cross Country runs on a small section between Banbury and Leamington Spa.

    Route
The line is 112 miles (180km) long and is unelectrified, making it the last major line out of London to be unelectrified. Maximum speed on the line is 100mph. Chiltern has very confusing stopping patterns however the fastest trains on the route make the full London - Snow Hill journey in 2 hours. 4tph run to Birmingham off peak, 2 of which terminate at Moor Street and 2 go on to Snow Hill. Services also run to Aylesbury (Via Amersham, not included on this suggestion, and via High Wycombe), and also services to Oxford. Up the line, Chiltern runs services from Leamington Spa to Birmingham. Cross Country services run between Banbury and Leamington Spa, and WMR runs services around Birmingham.
    Stations are as follows:
    London Marylebone
    Wembley Stadium
    Sudbury & Harrow Road
    Sudbury Hill Harrow
    Northolt Park
    South Ruislip
    West Ruislip
    Denham
    Denham Golf Club
    Gerrards Cross
    Seer Green & Jordans
    Beaconsfield
    High Wycombe
    Saunderton
    Princes Risborough
    Haddenham & Thame Parkway
    Bicester North
    Banbury
    Leamington Spa
    Warwick
    Warwick Parkway
    Hatton
    Lapworth
    Dorridge
    Widney Manor
    Solihull
    Olton
    Acocks Green
    Tyseley
    Small Heath
    Bordesley
    Birmingham Moor Street
    Birmingham Snow Hill

    Trains
    Class 165/0
These trains have a top speed of 75mph and generally slow services out of Marylebone and Leamington Spa.

    Class 168
These trains run a mix of semi fast and Express services along the route.

    Class 172
These are operated by Chiltern on a few short
    services but mostly by WMR.

    Class 220
    Operated by Cross Country.

    Class 68
These run with mk3 and DVTs on Express London - Birmingham services.

We already have 3 routes in the Midlands, Midland Main Line, Birmingham Cross City and Peak Forest.

Also a large section of the Chiltern Main Line is in the the south of England.

Done an initial where I was from Buckinghamshire and use to travel on Chiltern Railways which would be sensational to have in the game.
With the game route production not designing like a full railway line where I have done together a initial route which from Marylebone to Oxford still with minor expansions as far as Bicester north and Aylesbury with a wide range of Locos, in which class 170 and 168 are on my top list to have in the game for sure.

Did a sketch of the initial.

Also, there are 3 variants of the 168 which would be cool to have.

Whole route is too long. On current form you might get Marylebone to High Wycombe, or maybe Rivet will do Princes Risborough to Aylesbury! (With the bubble car).

Great suggestion however, I would prefer for it to be shortened to either Lem Spa or Banbury and have it only contain the 68 (plus DVT set) & the 168
