Is anyone else getting stuck at the red shunt signal after dropping the wagons at the workshop? When I contact signaller, I'm told denied due to train in block ahead.
I can't remember the name of what one it was but there was a scenario that I had a lot of problems with after dropping off wagons at the repair shed. Time and time again I tried it and always a red light. I found the cause of the problem for me was the uncoupling. at the time I always use to use the camera mode when possible to save getting in and out the cab. Anyway after umpteen tries and about to give it up as a bad job or a bug on this particular occasion I decided to get out the cab to uncouple. I got back in and low and behold I either had amber or green light. Now I mostly get out of the cab to couple and uncouple. And I always do it that way now when doing a scenario because I guess in those that it what I am expected to do and if I don't then they won't let me complete them.
Finally got it. Needed to back the wagons through the CLOSED shed stopping my locomotive about 3 yds past the marker. Then get out of cab to uncouple. Doing this gave me a caution shunt signal when I moved with the remainder of the train. Hope this is helpful as I found it here somewhere and fixed it for me.
