Xbox Clapham Junction Station Platform Climb Up Functionality Problem

I'm pretty sure I'm not alone but has anyone else had the same problem that you can't climb up onto the platform at Clapham Junction Station. I'm having a real problem with it. Please fix this.

 

Yea I’ve noticed this issue aswell, quite annoying as it’s not easy to find points to re get on it again

I wonder if it’s an issue arisen from the blockage to the Waterloo platforms (if that’s what the other set are)
