There is no way to control the reverser or gear changer with a controller, as the game forces you to switch to the classic control scheme on the Northern Transpennine scenarios and there is seemingly no way to remap the controls to suit. This means that if you play with a controller it's unnecessarily awkward to drive the 101 as you have to manually look down at the gear changer and select it to change gear. Maybe look at how Microsoft Flight Simulator handles controller support as they not only allow remapping of controls but allow you to assign button combinations so that the limited controls on a controller can be used for numerous in cab apparatus.
