Steam Class 170 Saloon Light Buttons Doesnt Work???

so on the class 170's cab on the left, theres supposedly buttons for turning on and off the saloon lighting.
However only the off button works? Because after i turn the lights off i cant turn back on the lights. The turn on light button just for some reason seems to be locked? And i cant press the button. Is this a bug on rivet's end or is there something that i am supposed to do to make the turn on light button for the saloon to work?

 

That's happening in Freeroam now. The button does not work any more.

Funnily enough, on Salzburg Rosenheim you cannot turn OFF the saloon lights in the Dostos now.
