Class 20 Manual, Where Is It?

There doesn't seem to be one in the usual places. Anyone know where it is - or has anyone written one?

There’s no official manual for the Class 20, that’s when DTG started to do less manuals. If my memory is still correct, we should take the Class 31 manual for reference as it’s similar, according to The Protagonist.

Quick question whilst we are on this. Does anyone know how to move the cab viewing position when the loco is running forwards?. You can’t see anything out of the ‘steam loco’ style window?. Moving the seating position does nothing from what I’ve seen. Cheers.

 

I agree, it’s quite a pain to see anything. I saw that you’re on PS5 so what I do is, in immersion mode, I hold R3 and click left on the D-pad and I have a better view.

You can hold R3 and click again left on the D-pad till you get the outside view if you’re still uncomfortable.

Great work!, thanks for providing a resolution. I would usually create a formation with the loco cab facing forwards, however, many of the scenarios have the restricted view so at least I can now see!.

 

You’re welcome ! Haha I know your pain, I always hate scenarios and some rare timetable services where the loco is facing forwards as the view is limited.

 

You can lean out of the cab window too - or at least on PC (I don't know about PS5) by using the left arrow key.

 

very under rated loco in the game. its one of my favorites. love loco's that have seen better days like the class 20 in all its rust and grime.
