In TSW6, the engine sound is too flat, lacks dynamic pitch variation, and doesn’t fully reflect acceleration or power changes. Cab Sound Balance Traction, engine, and gearbox noises are often drowned out by ambient sounds. Internal cab audio doesn’t feel as immersive as real life. Repetitive Loops Some engine and running sounds loop too noticeably, rather than smoothly evolving with speed or throttle changes. Gear & Transmission The Class 221 has hydraulic transmission, giving it a distinctive whine in gear shifts. In-game, this is underrepresented or absent, making the train feel less “alive.”
