Has anyone noticed that the brakes on the Class 313 sometimes tend to brake very hard even in Notch 1? If you turn off the fuse of the dynamic brakes, the problem is gone. And as a workaround before each braking, set the throttle to Notch 1 briefly, then back to idle and the brakes will work normally even though the dynamic brakes are activated.
