Class 314 Emu

Hi all,
Can someone please tell me how Richard, of Dadrail fame, is able to drive a Class 314 EMU in the Scotrail express game play I can’t seem to find it, or am I being a bit thick.
Is this another add-on that you have to buy to be able to drive one.

For the class 314 EMU to appear on Edinburgh - Glasgow you need the Cathcart Circle DLC.
