As the title says, there are no wheels in PTO Car when opened in livery editor. Since the Training Center 323 is LOVE a impossible to repaint properly, i have tried the one from Glossop. There are many skins from other users, so i am wondering if they did not have the issue when the livery was created. I am on Xbox Series X, TSW5, Creators club. Spawn the Glossop 323 somewhere is no problem, it is in livery editor only.
