What I wanted to know is is this I discovered I’d purchased the class 37 ROG which I’d forgotten I’d got and installed today and given the coupler on this and towing ability it got me thinking is this something I’ll be able to use in tsw4 for example creating a scenario in east coast mainline of towing a failed 801? Is the coupler compatible with that of the hitachi 801?

The only way to find out is when the game is released. I assume it’s feasible as the automatic coupler is at the same height as the Class 801 one. I’ll try to couple a Class 37 ROG with a Class 395 on the game to see if that works.
EDIT: I just tried it and it doesn’t work, there’s a small difference in height sadly.

You can’t. Just the Electrostars and the 700.
