On Brighton mainline when you move the light switch to change the front lights to 'day running' it will show on the panel 2 white lights on the left and middle of the panel. If you use the same train on East coastway it will not do this, it will instead show 2 red lights instead no matter whether you choose day running or night running. It should only show this when the front lights are actually red, when you enable tail lights, but it doesn't. The first image shows how it normally looks like (on Brighton mainline)... on the second image it shows how it looks like in east coastway...
Well that's weird. The ECW 377 and BML 377 are both different (despite being the same train); I wonder if that's anything to do with it maybe?
Yeah, the DRA also doesn't glow red when pressed. another problem which is only seen on the east coastway version of the 377/4
What platform are you on, and was this an issue before TSW3? I'm on Xbox One and didn't notice with TSW2, although I haven't played it on TSW 3 yet.
The headlight indicator panel has always been like that unfortunately, and it was fixed in BML like you said. The East Coastway 377 spawns with its DRA isolated by default. There is no light because the DRA is not switched on. The isolator is under the AWS isolator.
sorry, I didn't know it was off by default. Its weird that the light panel has been like this for so long when its working on the same type of train, just the bml version
Yeah. The East Coastway was released around 2019 I think, whereas London Commuter was around 2021. I think the original plan was to make use of the BML Electrostar on thr East Coastway, but they never got round to it. Other changes include new PIS, new sounds, and electric brakes
