Those windows are tiny and caused a delay to the trains entering service. Apparently a curved windscreen caused drivers to see two or three signals when only one signal was present.
No offence but it’s easy for you to say playing a simulator, real life drivers have complained about the limited visibility. Imagine doing 150 station stops a day on these day in day out. As a driver, it would drive me nuts.
