When I played mml recently, I have noticed this bug with the 387, i hope it gets sorted as it Is an unrealistic bug.
Hi there. I just need some more information before I raise a ticket. I can see from the picture that the door is open, but is that the main issue that is being reported? Is this happening on a particular route? Is it something that happens repeatedly? Providing as much info as possible helps us to raise these issues to the appropriate team.
Midland Mainline, it only happens on the ROG service that pulls the 387. The gangway door is only been affected when it is connected the 37, not at the rear Gangway. This is the only issue as well
I suspect this is because the class 387, when made, was only ever expecting to be coupled to another 387. In this case, it is appropriate for the gangway door to be open. I don't think it ever expected to be coupled to a class 37, so when it did, it opened its doors like it was coupled to a 387. Are you able to close the door at all, or is this similar to the recently fixed bug on the class 377?
No, its just like the 377 previously before the update where the gangway doors were locked open, can't close them.
