PC Class 40 Scenario Designer Issue

When I’ve tried to run a Class 40 with oil tanks in scenario designer (on PC), when I start the scenario a Class 47 always appears instead. The same happens with the Class 45 and oil tanks, a 47 appears instead. I presume everyone else has this issue as well.
Is DTG aware of this issue?
