The British Rail Class 700 Desiro City is an emu passenger train capable of operating on 25 kV 50v AC from overhead wires or 750 V DC from live third rail under the track. 115 trainsets were built between 2014 and 2018, for use on the Thameslink network, as part of the Thameslink Programme in the United Kingdom. As of 2021, they are operated by Govia Thameslink Railway. Class 707 The British Rail Class 707 is an emu passenger train. Siemens built 30 five-carriage sets. Initially leased by South West Trains, its franchise successor South Western Railway began phasing them out of their network. Since September 2021,18 have entered service with Southeastern. The remaining 12 will be transferred to Southeastern in 2023. ROUTES they could see operation on - SEHS between dartford and rainham, And on the kent metro services - LBN
Excellent idea and here's the thing class 700 shouldn't be using recycled sounds from other trains. otherwise the community wouldn't be happy with it because that's what happened to the train simulator classic version since Class 700 uses 444 DC 395 AC. Both trains to have Armstrong power-packed sounds that can make it realistic
This would make a perfect DLC for SEHS and it will bring in the North Kent line The class 700 series of locomotive are just so awesome it would be awesome to see them in TSW 3
The most likely route I would like to see the Thameslink class 700 be introduced is a East Coast main line route
ECML south -> KGX + STP - PBO, 800,700 and 717 would be the most ideal route for this train to come into the game with
Excellent choice and for 700 717 these need AP sounds to prevent what the TSC Class 700 has incorrect AC and DC sounds.
Let's add to 700 In to TSW3 The ad on ill and Will be London commuter and Southeastern high Speed on tsw3
The Class 700 has to absolutely come to TSW, has so many great gameplay opportunities. Plus, has two special liveries which are great to see:
LBN is quite busy but only has 2 trains (without layers)! Some variation with a Class 700 would be amazing! New kind of trans and quite modern too! They would make the route feel more alive and give more gameplay too of course!
Especially if you've ever been to Brighton. I associate Thameslink as much with Brighton as I do Southern.
nah i would at least want a LNER Class 43, 800 OR 91 two plus there has to be a Great Northern 315 or 717 or 365 to run the Welwyn Garden City Moorgate Services...
Class 700 would be so good with London Brighton it would fit in so well as i heard that theres a space for a extra operator for the route but at this moment i think dovetail has some issues with getting the train and branding into the game they already got the branding we just need the train.
its called London Brighton Or some where Rush Hour? Rush hour trains?? didnt you think of that lolz. well it would make the route frfr perfect. you could train spot on the route. like if you like redhill alot the thameslink services would fill up the station with bunch of services mixed with Southeastern London Charing Cross To Hastings. Tbh Charing X Hastings should be removed as the 375 is the only train on it. well maybe not. cross fingers
yeah SE: Rainham Dartford And Up On. LB: East Croydon - Brighton could extend London Brighton To London Bridge.
nah would like to see great northern class 365 and LNER 91, 43. not class 800 as them trains kinda suck.
Nice idea really would love to see these in Southeastern highspeed operating Rainham dartford services. and the London Brighton route Operating East Croydon Brighton would love to see London Bridge in London Commuter cant help saying that you copy and pasted the first facts of the class 700 and 707 lol love people who do that anyway CROSS FINGERS!!!
how they dont even sound great well yeah diesel mode but AC Mode ewwwwwwww.... what is that sound? WHO DOES NOT LIKE CLASS 43'S AND 91'S.
I am driving on Train Operator 377 mainly because of London Bridge and the run to Croydon. It's incredible urban scenery due to its photoreal nature. That sim has its limitations but goes the full run to Brighton from LB. Sadly no footage to Victoria or another southern terminus like Eastbourne, but it is good fun for a relatively cheap price.
I agree that would be cool I think they would have to fix a lot of issues with a lot of improvements to being TSW 3 it is possible if DTG can do it
