Nothing to fix here, the pantograph works without problems.

Did you follow the correct sequence?

    1. Turn off "Power Supply" and wait until the flashing stops, the button is lit yellow.
    2. Set "Mode" to AC and wait until the flashing stops, the button is lit white.
    3. Turn on "Power Supply" and wait until the flashing stops, both buttons go out and the pantograph lifts.

AC Mode successfully enabled, have fun. These steps can also be found in the manual. ;)

EDIT: I can see an F40PH-3C in the background of your second picture, so I assume you want to run Boston Sprinter. On this route the catenary is very high so that the F40PH-3C fits under it. Please compare the pantographs of the ACS-64 and the Class 700/0, you will see that the ACS-64 has a very large and long pantograph to reach the catenary. The pantograph of the Class 700/0 is quite short and cannot reach the catenary. If you create unrealistic scenarios in off the rail mode, you will have to accept these compromises, but you can still drive.

This applies to changing power modes for the train. Location is irrelevant

    Hello there,

have you tried following sequencer2k16's guide and did this solve the issue for you?
If so I would mark this thread as resolved.

    All the best,

It doesn't look good, but the pantograph also works with the relatively high catenary of Boston Sprinter. However, you have to drive a few meters until it jumps up without animation, the pantograph still does not reach the catenary because of its short design. As already mentioned, I think this is due to the unrealistic scenario in off-the-rail mode. Nevertheless, I personally think a fix is unnecessary.

I've found a graphic issue whit class 700 in SEHS scenario planner, from St. Pancras to Faversham. After power change at Ebbsfleet, the power bar remain at zero
