SWR are giving some 707s to SE to replace the class 376s, could we get some if that part of the route is a plan for SE highspeed?

Great idea however DTG say that each route is a snapshot and this one is set around 2018/19ish so the 707 weren't around then so sadly they wont be doing it.

I think it is unnecessary. Better the class 700 for Thameslink. It would bring more timetables and could be used between Brighton and London if the line is one day published.

The 700s, 717s and 707s share a very similar frame and are part of the same family. I don't imagine it would be particularly difficult to create one and then edit it to fit. Could probably see them come as a 'Desiro City pack' if there were routes that required them, eg Thameslink, Southeastern, South West Trains/South Western Railway.

Sorry, I'm not great with words. My idea was that if you're creating a 707 for Southeastern (potentially SWR too), a 700 and 717 for Thameslink wouldn't be much of a stretch. People are asking for both 700s and 707s so a 'Desiro City family pack' would be a good way to package them together. Hope this explains a bit :)
