Steam Class 710 Not Working

i followed the tutorial and it doesnt start when i put the reverser into secure. What do i do

 

Have you selected AC or DC mode to the left of the driver's position? Then press the Pantograph Up button for AC current or Shoe Down for DC. Once you have power move the Reverser to Forward and it should move.

 

Secure is Neutral. Tutorial says Forward.

 

I have this the same thing, it is in forward but the brake will not release all the way despite everything setup as normal.
