Class 76 Brakes?

    I'm not sure where to ask this question.

    On the Class 76 with the Woodhead Route which has now been released page 16 of the Manual mentions Brakes Modes
    The brake mode can be changed with the Page Up / Page Down keys:
     Passenger coaching stock with vacuum brake and D.A. valves.
     Wagons with vacuum brake and D.A. valves.
     Wagons with vacuum brake and no D.A. valves.
     Unfitted,light engine or unbraked shunting.
     Unfitted or light engine with vac bag off dummy coupling.

    How do you change to Air Braked Mode for the HAA Hoppers and other Air Braked Trains?

    It defaults to HAA hoppers, it is still on page up/down to change through them. The full list is as follows:

    Brake Mode 0 – HAA Hoppers, a unique brake mode which is specifically designed for HAA hoppers and replicates the unusual mixture of tread and disc brakes fitted and more accurately replicates the brake force these wagons can provide.

    Brake Mode 1 – Air Braked goods stock, in this mode with the changeover switch in empty, the brake force percentage of the train is estimated at around 58.4% of the trains weight, while in the loaded position it is estimated as 51.6% of the trains weight.

    Brake Mode 2 – Air Braked passenger stock, in this mode the brake force percentage for the train is estimated to be 85%.

    Brake Mode 3 – Vacuum passenger stock, in this mode the brake force percentage for the train is estimated to be 85%. The vacuum brake will be used in this mode.

    Brake Mode 4 – Vacuum Braked goods stock (100% fitted), in this mode with the changeover switch in empty, the brake force percentage of the train is estimated at around 51.2% of the trains weight, while in the loaded position it is estimated as 26.0% of the trains weight. The vacuum brake will be used in this mode

    Brake Mode 5 – Vacuum Braked goods stock (80% fitted), in this mode the brake pipe is assumed to run along 80% of the trains length. With the changeover switch in empty, the brake force percentage of the train is estimated at around 51.2% of the fitted sections weight, while in the loaded position it is estimated as 26.0% of the fitted sections weight. The vacuum brake will be used in this mode

    Brake Mode 6 – Vacuum Braked goods stock (60% fitted), in this mode the brake pipe is assumed to run along 60% of the trains length. With the changeover switch in empty, the brake force percentage of the train is estimated at around 51.2% of the fitted sections weight, while in the loaded position it is estimated as 26.0% of the fitted sections weight. The vacuum brake will be used in this mode

    Brake Mode 7 – Vacuum Braked goods stock (40% fitted), in this mode the brake pipe is assumed to run along 40% of the trains length. With the changeover switch in empty, the brake force percentage of the train is estimated at around 51.2% of the fitted sections weight, while in the loaded position it is estimated as 26.0% of the fitted sections weight. The vacuum brake will be used in this mode

    Brake Mode 8 – Vacuum Braked goods stock (20% fitted), in this mode the brake pipe is assumed to run along 20% of the trains length. With the changeover switch in empty, the brake force percentage of the train is estimated at around 51.2% of the fitted sections weight, while in the loaded position it is estimated as 26.0% of the fitted sections weight. The vacuum brake will be used in this mode

    Brake Mode 9 – In this brake mode the train is assumed to be unfitted (not braked) if present.
