Steam Class 87 Unable To Reset Pantograph

I set the pantograph down to tail a service but now after changing ends I go back to the 87 and the pantograph will not reset, I have everything on but it will not raise, I have air supply as it is air piped from the 47 on the other end, why can I not reset this?

Edit: I have also found the crossing at bare lane raises as the train departs towards Morecambe.

 

Reset physics option will also reset the pantograph

 

the Pan Up/Reset switch only does something if the reverser is in Forwards and the Power Controller is in off. Should also be held when pressed.

 

That will solve it, thanks. I would've had it in neutral as if starting a diesel.
