    I agree with Jack. This suggestion is very well-written and organized. The new Class 99s will be replacing the older Class 66s soon. 30 of these new locomotives are being built by Stadler and will enter service starting this year (2025). I like the look of the Class 99 paint scheme and body styling. Stadler also built the Class 88, 68, and 93, all of which should also be made for TSW5. Perhaps we could see a Stadler UK loco pack with the 88, 68, 93, and 99 all in one pack, along with freight and passenger rolling stock.

    the community here has been requesting this loco for quite some time now, usually as Stadler EuroDual... most often 9000, its most powerful (500 kN beast) variant... and I have heard that in passenger service, if used, it is theoretically capable of 160 kph / 100 mph, tho I havent heard of an operator using it for passenger stuff, since its power is usually best used in heavy freight :)

    even tho freight tends to be just point A to B with not much IRL/actual freight shenanigans in between, I would LOVE to drive this... maybe not an expert loco, but sth like 218 or Vectron(s), so ordinary loco but with some advanced features :)

    would be instant buy for me

    The 93001 hasn't even entered service yet and I don't even think 99001 is in the country yet !

    I am into the suggestion and by the way it needs to have a scenario where the Electric System broke down and you must complete the run on diesel I can probably see them make this verse and then ALP-45DP it's us version. Used on the RVL

    Ok could be one idea but kinda unrealistic since the class 99 is a new train, nothing could go wrong

    I get what you are saying but the class 99 is a dualmode locomotive motive that is why I had the scenario where you broke down on electric power and in order to go further you must activate the second power source diesel engine to make it to the destination
