Hi, I bought TVL on Epic sales and I wonder if there is any other safety system on Class 37 then AWS?
If anything, where is the button/switch/lever to turn on?
I also have no ide what is slave loco cutoutswitch?
And finally I see no speed limit markers along the tracks. Is that like in real life?

The 37 from tvl is equipped with aws and dsd.

You can activate and isolate the aws in ech cab. Its the box with 2 handles on each side.
Dsd is activated over the fuse panel and would usually stay on in the real locomotive. In tsw its controlled when you sit inside the chair, the dsd pedal gets depressed. So when driving in forward or reverse, when you leave the chair (dsd pedal isnt depressed anymore), the brake start to apply.

The 37 is one of the more detailed locos, you can cut out traction motors, the exhauster etc.

With the slave unit cut out switch, the 2nd unit will get isolated to control inputs.

    Thanks meridian.
It must be me, but I can't find the dsd switch.
I also have found 3 switches above the left cab door, called mcb 1, 2 and 3. What are these for?

You need to go to the cab on the other side of the loco, the No.2 end contains most of the loco’s control board.

Directly behind the drivers seat in the No.2 end, you will find a panel which has a few switches, the ‘20 A’ switch is the DSD activation.

As for the MCB switches, the control the power to various lights on the loco.
