PlayStation Clinchfield: Custom Sd40/f7 Liveries Break Scenario Planner

In custom scenarios in Scenario planner, services with both the SD40 and F7, which have custom liveries, are not appearing on the route, anywhere; and this is also causing me to be placed in a random location, on foot, on the Clinchfield route. I've spawned in at Clinchco, Blue Diamond, Moss, etc; when I should've been in the train, but couldn't because it didn't spawn...
