I've been trying to get through the Low Power scenario, and just had to restart because as I was heading out on the return leg, my F7 lost all power, the brakes basically failed, and the loco wouldn't restart after I finally managed to haul it to a stop. I was full on everything, but once I tried to reset the emergency brake there was no power to refill the reservoir, at which point I also realized the engines were out, and would NOT restart. Any suggestions to keep this from happening again?

Question- when this happened, was the bell on your trailing unit ringing? If so, it's a known bug- but it is recoverable.

May, I ask how?, Well, I just loaded coal at Crooked Bridge, now I should go to Delano but the motors are shut down and some kind of alarm bell is ringing...

I have been having problems when there is an F7 in the formation (not on this scenario) where the brakes will not allow the leading loco to release the brakes if the F7 brake controller is cut out. If I switch the F7 brakes to cut in but leave the brake handle in lap, it theoretically should keep the brake pressure at whatever the front loco maintains it at. However I find this way that the F7 suddenly starts to increase the brake pressure which prevents the front loco from applying the brakes fully on the entire train which also unintentionally seems to trip the rheostatic/dynamic brake to not work when the front loco pressure has been brought down too far. But strangely I have occasionally had the bell randomly turn on with an assisting F7. Is this the same issue?

Other than that it seems to be one of many issues I can't figure out how to solve as there is a serious lack of information on EMD and GE locos because the information is all restricted.

Trailing F7 must be set to "Freight Lap" and the handle to "Running", also release its Indy brake.

I tried that but it stops the brakes on the train behind the F7 from being applied.
