I know DTG had cloud saves in Train Sim Classic but I wonder why no cloud saves for TSW series ? since I have a laptop and gaming PC it would make it much easier to have cloud saves than manually copying the game save over. Xbox and PS have cloud saves so not sure why not on PC.
If you have OneDrive enabled and you set it to sync My Documents. Then the game save file will automatically get uploaded to OneDrive. Then you can switch between Laptop and PC and your progress will sync between them. Only thing is that it also syncs the settings so I have to manually change between Medium and Ultra and back.
I would say that Steam Cloud save is something which users expect to be there. Using third party solutions feels a bit like a poor solution to me.
