   When you set weather there is a clouds slider. If you set it like at 65%, then it will give you a full overcast. What's the point of the remaining 35%?
   It seems to me that this slider needs some adjustments.

   The remaining 35% will be still be adding clouds. It can be overcast with light cloud and heavy cloud.
