Xbox Series X Collectable Achievements On Imported Profiles - Doesn't Unlock If Over Total Amount

It was possible to exceed the total amount of collectables in some routes like LIRR and RSN. I believe LIRR is fixed but the total counts include any removed/changed ones still for your profile.

So for RSN I opened up the route and the achievement didn't unlock. I have 77/75 there. On other routes where I didn't go over the total amount, it unlocks after opening the route.
