Collectable Guide - Hamburg To Lubeck

Does anyone know if there is a guide at all to find all the collectables on HBL?

 

I'd assume most of them will be at or near the stations. What kind of collectables do you need to find?
Other than that, searching the web might help, some guys on steam seem to be really quick creating such guides.
