Hey everyone, we wanted to offer you some insight into the process the teams are taking now that London Commuter has been released. Long-standing members of the community will be familiar and will have seen this process alongside other releases, but it’s worth highlighting why we take this approach.

The first thing we have to do as a community team is to help identify any problems players are experiencing. These can be critical issues such as crashes or gameplay blockers, or more subjective areas of concern. All feedback is valid. Where possible we will try to find the steps needed to reproduce any issues players are experiencing. This work enables the developers to quickly isolate areas that are causing problems before trying to fix them.

With that goal in mind, we have set up this thread to collect as much information as possible in one place: https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/london-brighton-timetable-feedback-request.46530/#post-388037 for the London Commuter route. This information is passed to the development team daily to help them solve problems quickly. This information can be submitted via text, using the guidance in the thread, and is even better with supporting images and video so we can see what is happening whilst you’re playing.

Once we have identified the cause of the issues, we will keep you updated when progress has been made to resolve them.

We appreciate that some players might not want to fill out the information in the thread, and that is fine, but it is the single fastest way for us to find and resolve problems that occur at launch.

    Thank you for your patience.
