Was just mulling about all the fantastic realms that we see in video games these days and chuckling about some of the truly “ass end of nowhere” stations and yards in TSW…. Don’t get me wrong I love them and only in this kind of game do you get to see them
My pick probably has to be newhaven harbour; the rusty chain link fences and grotty concrete really make it a station I would not want to be stuck at on 10.15 on a Saturday night!
    What’s your favourite grotty location?

Ravensthorpe or Miles Platting on a Sunny day are pretty grim on NTP!

There’s some grim ones on Tees Valley. It’s grim oop north allegedly. ;) Although I’d have to strongly disagree.

Cathcart Circle is the first route where I've actually noticed a lot of trash at stations. You could say they are literally a dump! :D

Penn Station in LIRR (and real life) is like an underground bunker- I doubt even the Soviets ever built a station so depressing. As one architect wrote about the demolition of Penn's magnificent aboveground terminal: "A man used to enter New York like a god. Now he scuttles in like a rat."
