1. In settings add difficulty where you can turn off markers for each button to press when opening doors. 2. Add ability to operate the doors from the cab. 3. Add a dispatcher to fully staffed stations. 4. Remove close doors from last station so you can get off. Ends when you close guard panel with doors open instead.
Good suggestion I made some of theese points in my suggestion a few months ago, I beleive the ability to open the doors is in the game for example on the class 350 however unfortunately there a bugs making the signal buzzers not trigger the train to move on other trains
These are good suggestions I also like to add if they ever make in train/station annoucements the guard/conductor can be make the annoucments in the trains. I also mentioned in my post that they should have the AI driver buzz the guard back on the UK routes that have guard mode to make it more real.
I do like what you've mentioned here, Also I may add other improvements/suggestions to conductor mode Types of tickets too should be changed for peak & off peak, student railcard & routes that can be valid by going certain routes. Eg. On the ticket not via London or valid on Avanti services etc. Issuing penalty fare notice if the passenger has an incorrect ticket (just a little animation of printing off a slip and the passenger exiting) Using guard mode from the rear of the cab
