Giving Conductor Mode a go for first time. Having an issue or 2. What am I doing wrong?!
On Fife Circle, started at Cowdenbeath.
    - Key in panel
    - Press Yellow door button (local door opens)
    - Press Door Release (other doors open)
    - Do reverse to close
    - Signal and away we go.
Do ticket stuff and head to panel in rear coach (not cab). Get to next stop and do the same as above.
This time I get stuck as HUD is saying "Unlock the local door" even though the local, and all other doors are open.
Ideas? What does the Push to Energise Local Door (gry) button do? I assumed it would have to be pressed in order that you could open/close the local door. But it seems to not do alot.

I can't remember the steps off the top of my head, but enable the objective marker as it'll show you the buttons it is expecting you to press. This really helped me get the hang of it.

On PS5 it sometimes gets upset if you do things too quickly or in a different order than the game tells you too. It's a bug.

Can you clarify exactly what you mean by enable objective marker please? I think I know what you mean. But as it says "Unlock local doors" in HUD, I'm not so sure as that seems like an objective

In the settings - can’t remember what it is under though. It’s with the stop markers etc.

'Notifications' I think it comes under. If I remember right, having them enabled will tell you what button does what.

It is actually called 'objective marker' in the settings.

You can press Ctrl+1 to toggle it if you have a keyboard plugged in.

I meant the settings submenu (player assist, hud and gameplay etc.) - I don't know which of those it is under for OP unfortunately. The submenus never seem to be easy to navigate tbh lol

Yeah they do need to fix that. Some HUD settings are in the Accessibility section and advanced settings appear to just be graphics. Some General settings could be put in Gameplay. It's a mess.
