Conductor Mode Update Today

Am I understanding it correctly that after today's update, the first bullet point about starting from the menu no longer applies, but the second one about Birmingham Cross City still does?

Yep, I just downloaded the patch on the PS5 and tested guard mode on BCC and it’s still “broken”

 

How do you release a patch?
Go so far is to update the change log

And it still doesn't

The patch notes didn't say that Birmingham Cross City's guard mode would be fixed, but it said something about starting guard mode in general. I just wanted to know if that meant that the official stance on the first bullet point had changed or not.
