How to configure the Locomotives in brakes release state to shunt the loco with Pantograph down with either a shunter or like a delivery of new locomotives? I just can't figure out how to setup the dead locos in brake release state and be able to pull the locos as shown in the video below
In the dead loco you need to turn on the battery so you can release the parking brake. After that you can shunt the loco with the pantograph down and MCB off.
Don't know the loco specific one, but in general insert master key (or national equivalent) to unlock loco functions, reverser to neutral, brakes to release would be logical
