    Hello all,

I am wondering what the reason is that the consists on Cajon Pass seem to be much shorter than those on Sherman Hill. Playing on PS5, on Sherman Hill, the time table seems to contain many services with 80+ cars, but every time I spawn in Cajon Pass my train is less than 4,000 feet long, typically containing the roughly the 50ish car length consists we saw on Sand Patch Grade. Is anyone aware of the reasoning behind this apparent step backwards in consist length? Or am I just getting unlucky with the services I choose? Perhaps an explanation was given for this at launch that I missed?

Additionally, is there a resource I could use to determine which services on those two routes are the longest. I prefer operating the longest trains possible, because in these days of precision scheduled railroading that’s what those companies realistically do.

Try service G-HOUSDG6b-05 starting at 11:30 from the ES44C4 timetable.
