Xbox One Controller Vibration Not Turning Off

Dipped back into TSW. Fancied a trip with the Class 20s on TVL so chose the Railfrieght scenario (one of my faves). Opened using TSW5. All vibration settings turned off except the coupling one but I get vibration on everything and it's driving me mad. Help me.

 

have you tried turning all off and just maybe restart the game and or the XB

 

I figured it out. Turned the coupling one to zero, then apply, then back to 50%, then apply. All other settings then registered. Peace prevailed. Thank you for your suggestion though.
