    Not sure you can copyright the actual words of title of the programme. Also DTG's current offerings are Train Simulator Classic and Train Sim World.

    It wouldn’t be copyright in this instance, it would be a trademark issue. It all depends on what DTG have protected as a trademark and in what territories. Something as generic as Train Simulator may not be as easy to protect as say the full title Train Simulator Classic but I don’t think they are officially protected as trademarks anyway. Train Sim World on the other hand is a trademark. It says so in the small print on Steam.
