So as is often the case one idea spawns another.. DTG, Please can we have the smallest of HUD upgrades to the F3 minimal HUD, here's what I'm proposing.. Press F3 once you get the standard minimal HUD.. Press F3 a second time and we get a route info only HUD.. Press F3 a third time and we get the route info only HUD but this time at the top of the screen.. Press F3 a fourth time and you've cycled back to no HUD.. As there is no interaction i.e. clickable area with the route info only HUD I really don't think it'd be too much of a problem to integrate this?
I like this idea, and I'd also add with an edit to the F5 HUD that allows for information regarding the next speed limit upgrade, as I find that to be usually what keeps me using the rather large and slightly invasive F3 HUD.
I'd really like to hear from anyone technically involved with DTG as to whether they think this is a good and feasible idea, surely not all interest is 100% TSW2 biased within the Dev team? Let's freshen up the old girl, she's good for a few more rounds yet.
