I recently purchased the TSW 4 Special edition for the ps4 when I start it it loads a long time and I get this message any help would be gladly appreciated so frustrated.
I´d try the solution from this thread (Rebuild Database): https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/tsw-4-unplayable.76334/ Additionally I´d check if your PS4 isn´t clogged with dust and dirt in the cooling vent system. It´s faily easy to clean. TSW is an awful resource hog and PS4 has to work very hard to get it executed. It usually sounds like a 747 on take off when you fire it up. For a reason. If you got a thermal problem, file corruption can be one of the consequences. And if you haven´t already, I´d consider to replace your HDD with a SSD. It gives the PS4 a nice performance boost. Replacement is simple as well.
Im having the same problem, so it looks like its not our databases, this is a fresh install of TSW4 onto an external SSD. And I am getting BSOD.
